Returns are always possible within 30 days of purchase and as long as you do not break the seal.

Licenses4us sells codes that can be used to activate software. These codes are issued only once and are therefore strictly personalised. Due to the strictly personal nature of a code, no legal right of withdrawal applies and you do not have a 14-day cooling-off period as you would with a “normal” internet purchase.

How do I request a return?

You can request a return by e-mail, you do this viasupport@licenses4us.com . We check the return request and, in most cases, approve it the same day. After the application is approved, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 10 working days (14 days). Please note that if you paid by Paypal or credit card, we will always refund it that way. We never refund money to other bank accounts or through other payment methods.

However, we do give a 100% guarantee on activation.

 If a product activation code does not work within 30 days during the activation process (whether by phone or online) , contact us via e-mail or our contact page and you will receive a new activation code.
